In 2018 I dove head first into this project without really knowing what making a documentary took (or really knowing how to keep a camera in focus). I also wasn’t aware that I could ask people to help me! But still, even after all the years, I’m proud enough to keep it at the top of my portfolio.

This hybrid inspirational documentary was one of the first projects I was on at Red Clay. I acted as the director of photography for the narrative scenes. This video is a part of our EMMY-winning series “All Y’all” and won a second EMMY on its own!
